REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

REVALUATION OF ALL REAL PROPERTIES

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Board of the City of Sea Isle City, New Jersey, in City Hall at 4501 Park Road, Sea Isle City, on

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2013 AT 2:00 P.M. PREVAILING TIME

 

and will be opened immediately thereafter and read publicly for the Request for Proposal –Revaluation of All Real Properties located in the Sea Isle City.

 

          Prospective vendors will be furnished with a copy of the Request for Proposal upon application to the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 4501 Park Road, Sea Isle City, New Jersey.

          This project shall be awarded through a “fair and open” process pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., to the Bidder whose Proposal is most advantageous to the City, price and other factors considered, in accordance with the review criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals.

 

Proposals may be sent or hand delivered by the prospective vendor or their agent to the Municipal Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 4501 Park Road, Sea Isle City, New Jersey 08243 up to 3:30 pm on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 or hand delivered at 2:00 pm to the Municipal Clerk’s Office on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 and will be opened immediately thereafter and read publicly.  Request for Proposals will not be received or accepted later than time designated aforesaid for their receipt.  Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the vendors name and address and the designation of “RFP Revaluation of All Real Properties” on the outside of the envelope.

 

          The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive any informalities and accept any submissions that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the City.  The City shall award the Contract or reject all submissions no later than sixty (60) days from receipt of same.
