Recycle Drop-Off Area (RDOA)
Location:  401 JFK Blvd. (West of the DPW Yard)
Year Round Hours:  7:15AM - 2:45PM
Holidays:  Closed (except New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day)

MANDATORY RECYCLING
Paper: newspapers, magazines, junk mail, corrugated cardboard, paperback books, telephone books
Glass: food and beverage bottles and jars
Plastic Bottles: food and beverage, soap, detergent, healthy and beauty containers that are imprinted with a 1 or 2 on bottom
Aluminum and Steel (tin) Cans: Soda, beer, fruit, vegetable, pet food, empty aerosol cans (exception of paint)

Grass Clippings
Brush: tree branches, tree stumps, Christmas Trees
Consumer Electronics: printers, stereos, television sets, computers, shredders
Additional Items: Wood Pallets, Crates, hard plastics (dog crates, plastic deck furniture etc)
Antifreeze, motor oil and used oil filters, kerosene, propane tanks, contaminated soil

HOW TO PLACE YOUR TRASH
Please place all items curbside prior to 6:00AM of your pick up day. All trash must be placed in a rigid reusable container with detached lid not to exceed 50 lbs or a 35 gallon sized can.

All trash must be placed in a rigid reusable container with detached lid, not to exceed 50 lbs or 35 gallon sized can. 
Disposal of carpeting and padding and construction materials is the responsibility of the owner or the contractor. 
NO PLASTIC BAGS CURB SIDE – all materials must be in rigid containers with lids placed curbside.
